Workspace app manual — Fifth Third Edition
A screen-by-screen tour of the FifthThirdStore workspace app, from first launch to steady-state operation on a fleet of enrolled devices.
First launch
The first-launch screen displays the SHA-256 checksum of the current Fifth Third release key and offers three actions: verify the checksum, enrol the device, or open the /security-whitepaper page in the browser.
Enrolment
Enrolment reads the device model, Android version and package fingerprint and posts them to /v1/fifth-third/provisioning. The workspace app receives a workspace-scoped JWT and stores it in the Android EncryptedSharedPreferences.
Home
The home screen shows the four Fifth Third shelves in a horizontal rail. Each shelf preview shows the three most recently installed modules and the timestamp of the last Fifth Third Wednesday drop.
Catalogue
Tap a shelf to open its catalogue. Cards show the module icon, name, rating, install count and price. Tap a card to open the module data sheet.
Module data sheet
Long description, batch history, checksum manifest link, permission footprint, offline-hour test result. Two actions: install (queues in the workspace) or share (copies a workspace-scoped link).
Workspace queue
The queue lists every module you want to provision. Tap «Provision» to install every queued module through the standard PackageInstaller.
Devices
Lists every enrolled device, with model, Android version, last-seen timestamp. Actions: unenrol, promote to sandbox, revoke session.
Audit log
Every install, update, unenrolment and manifest fetch. Filterable by date and by device. Exportable to CSV.
Settings
Fifth Third Wednesday auto-update track (on/off), sandbox device toggle, notification channel choices, marketplace API rate-limit self-check, log level for on-device diagnostics.
Every screen in the workspace app follows the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratio and survives 200 % system font scale.
