Enrol a second device on a Fifth Third workspace

Every Fifth Third seat covers up to three Android devices. This guide walks through enrolling a second device, adding a sandbox device and unenrolling one you no longer use.

Add a second Android

Sign into your workspace at /workspace, open «Devices» and tap «Enrol another device». The workspace generates a one-time QR code — scan it from the FifthThirdStore workspace app on the new device. The workspace app registers the model, Android version and package fingerprint against the same seat.

What ships to the new device

Every Fifth Third module already provisioned to your workspace is offered on the new device. The workspace app lets you accept the entire list or a subset. Modules installed on the new device carry the same version as the first device — no re-review, no drift.

Sandbox device

Every workspace gets one sandbox device for free. The sandbox device receives every new Fifth Third batch four days early. Use it to test a new module or a new version before rolling out to the enrolled fleet. The sandbox device does not consume a seat.

Unenrol a device

On the workspace, tap «Devices», tap the device you want to unenrol and confirm. The workspace app on the unenrolled device stops receiving updates within a few minutes; local data on the modules stays in place.

Automatic unenrolment

A device that has not signed into the workspace for ninety consecutive days is automatically unenrolled. This keeps the seat map current for households and small teams that lose track of an old tablet.

The seat limit is a soft ceiling: if you need one extra device on a Fifth Third Studio tier, contact support and we will grant a courtesy slot for the current quarter.
